yeah but copper wire was super cheap. Modern computer and phones is what drove cost up. there should be a micro stamp on all wire purchased now and when the fucking methheads go to a recycling center they should strip and check the serial numbers and then phone the cops when it's reported stolen.

The government does not “grant” a patent or copyright, in the sense of a gift, privilege, or favor; the government merely secures it—i.e., the government certifies the origination of an idea and protects its owner’s exclusive right of use and disposal. -
