    A lot of people don't know Israel is not God's chosen people anymore. After they broke the Covenant with God, they lost their standing. When you break a contract, it becomes null and void. The deal was that if they remained faithful, then they would then get to be God's chosen people. But they became evil, and even murdered God's son, so the deal was off. After they broke the terms of the Covenant, the promise/contract was then open and offered to people of all nations and tongues. Now, every single person on the planet can expect the promise of being God's chosen people, if they agree to and abide by its terms. So when you see an Israelite saying Israel is God's chosen people, they are lying, deluded, and sorely uneducated on the subject.

    Pontius Pilate left it up to the Sanhedrin. He even offered to release Jesus to them, but they refused and took the convicted murderer instead. That's why Pilot washed his hands, because he felt the fate of Jesus was all on the Jews, which it was.

    The Sanhedrin was a Roman selected Jewish judicial and legislative body that served as the supreme court and tribunal during the Roman period. In other words a Roman Kangaroo court.

    Pilate was the 5th Roman governor of Judea under Tiberius. There was great civil unrest in Judea at that time. Pilate, fearing a civil revolt should the Roman's be the responsible party, used the Sanhedrin to mask Roman responsibility with the masses and create the narrative that it was the jedi peoples representatives that made the choice.

    Christ was a political revolutionary not a prophet.

    The US military couldnt even defeat isis or taliban after decades of trying, imagine if multiple Islamic countries attacked israel simultaneously... Theyd be toast real quick.
