Tried to rent a car. Waited about an hour in the sun, as I was about to get service opened their google maps reviews, they have a one star as they keep trying to claim the car is damaged when people return it, with the damage in the most unlikely of places (eg. under the bumper). I asked them about this, and told them I'd like to cancel while taking video. They said they'd sue me if I didn't stop videoing. I told them they were scammers and I didn't want to give them my CC, they said they'd call the police. I told them go ahead. I made a scene and warned everyone there about the reviews they have. They were desperately sketchy, you could actually feel it just going into the place. I have to claim back the €200 rental fee from GoCar, but I have a feeling that'll be easier than trying to fight about damage, especially with those crooks having a multi thousand euro pre-auth on my credit card.

Basically everything is kinda shitty in Italy. It's crowded, expensive, hot, rude, the beer is bad, the food is meh, the people are shitty, there are dysgenic cases everywhere.
It's like the worst of the third world and the worst of the first world combined. It reminds me of North Africa.

Went for a walk down by the bay this morning and grabbed some breakfast. Now I’m just doing some laundry and waiting for football.
Just got back from taking my dog for a walk, now I'm drinking a Bang and watching TV on the Roku TV I just got yesterday. It's a pretty good day so far.

Drove on the motorway a bit, then felt like I should drive up to a specific mountaintop town. Turns out a festival called the Sagra del Redentore was happening there, so watched the traditional Sardinian dancing.
