    Why 🤔? Is it illegal?

    I'm looking at the criminal code. Public urination laws are municipal, there is a charge for exposing oneself in a sexual manner but I don't think this meets that bar.

    What law is being broken here besides trespass of property maybe? Isn't it a public beach?

    I think this qualifies as illegal dumping which is not a small fine. They are risking owing the government thousands of dollars
    Overview
    The Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change takes illegal waste dumping very seriously. A range of regulatory tools and penalties are available, including investigation and possible prosecution.

    Under the Environmental Protection Act an individual or company could face significant penalties for each offence committed.

    The province will respond to illegal dumping when:
    there is a real or potential threat to the environment
    there is evidence of a large or repeat dumping operation
    liquid industrial or hazardous waste are suspected to be involved

    An Environmental Officer can assess the site and make all reasonable efforts to find the owner of the waste and require them to remove it.

    If the person who owns the waste cannot be found then you are required to remove the waste and clean up the site as soon as possible.

    The economies here are very segregated. There are delivery apps for only Indian or Chinese people and then all the white people use Uber eats. There are Chinese culture newspapers with ads for Chinese immigration lawyers and banks and loan companies and stuff, same thing with Hindi.

    I've actually started using a lot of these foreign services recently. They are competitive with market rates, totally licensed and legit and have much better customer service compared to typical industry giants. They are starting their own phone plan providers and money transfer services and credit unions and shit.

    Why are these people able to run these services cheaper than whites and arguably run them better?

    A lot of "white Canadian" companies have already been purchased by such companies which is why there is an Indian seemingly running every corporation here.

    The Indians have done nothing but benefit from whitey. Whitey came to their shitty country of a few million people and brought them western technology, medicine and rule of law. Whitey administered justice and healthcare and built them railroads and government palaces. Then when Indians decided they wanted to be free, they literally guilted whitey into leaving.
