   I was sitting in my backyard once and saw funnel clouds. The air smelled like Ozone (after it rains on hot blacktop smell) and the sky was a greenish grey color. I thought of a story of someone in a tornado and thought.. I bet we get a tornado. I walked into the house and turned on the tv and that emergency broadcast came on. tornado spotted.
   
   You might think big whoop but I live in California. they're more rare than snow.. and it only snows like once every fucking 20 years here

   where i live in florida we get them all the time but theyre always little tiny things...like F2-ish...and never more than a few yards across. whenever theres a funnel cloud everyone always goes apeshit. its annoying.
   
   years ago i watched one in cape canaveral, near the port, pick up a VW bug and carry it out over the ocean where it dropped it right into the water
