Alright so, the car is dope af just stock. Somehow they've made it drive like a race car even though it's just a 1.3 liter 4 cyclinder lul ....
Anyway, for starters I'm updating the headlights to HID 5000k color (because blue lights are fucking gay), and I have to play with the front brakes and e brake line and get a set of two new tires. The front ones are brand new, but the back are unevenly bald which makes the car shake at speeds over 65mph... and I'd really like to take it on the freeway since 40-45 mpg is just too cool and I like to drive around the country to meet people. It's the perfect size for me and my dog to camp out in as well lmao I just have to sleep in the fetal position which idgaf about.
But I want to work on the engine next.... Anyone have suggestions? I have more than several other friends giving me ideas/advice as well, and many other festiva owners who have modded their own already. Right now everything on mine is stock. What seems popular is swapping out for a ford escort engine with further modding... but idk, the engine bay is so huge, I suppose I should ask my festiva friends what can possibly fit in it since I have access to any engines or parts I want lol

cover it in various pieces of chewed gum then park it at roadside tourist attractions along highways in the middle of nowhere and charge tourists $5 for pictures

The mileage is low. Around 30K. It was used as a tow behind for a camper :D only issue I have with this is they towed it by bolting some tow bar to the front bumper and disabling the wheel from locking ever again.. tho I don't really care about that for now lol
Green, you are genius, as always! <3

I wouldn't swap any car engine with 30k miles.

the entire suspension system has the mileage it was towed...meaning bearings, seals, shocks, springs, etc have excess wear. tranny, too...if they didn't alter it properly
The following users say it would be alright if the author of this
post didn't die in a fire!

Thanks infinity. That was my thought too. Replace everything underneath that I need to and get a fresh set of tires to replace the two bald ones in the back... then I shall be off to terrorize my web friends across the country for a few hundred bucks round trip.
Bearings are good right now, shocks and springs are rusty. It's a 5 spd stick, it could MAYBE use a new clutch plate, I haven't determined this for sure yet I've only been driving it daily for about 5 or 6 days now. It works pretty well afaik so I don't think it NEEDS replacing.

You're just an idiot and don't know who I am. It's okay you can calm down about it now. Figure it out on your own. Lmao
