Young Gal wanted to murder suicide but just murdered instead. she was 17 when she did it but arrested at 18 and charged as an adult.
she killed 2 guys but got x4 murders (not sure how that works.. double murder charges per victim?) making her a mass murderer because of double charges each (Since she chose not to go with a jury and allow the judge panel to decide her outcome)

No that Judge didn't give down sentencing for both federal and state. she can only give at a state level. so it was x4 murder and a bunch of other shit. -

The state judge has jurisdiction at the federal level. Proof of that fact is them using a never-before-used federal statute to prosecute Trump, using a state prosecutor to prosecute. -

I think it's just that second degree murder is first degree murder without premeditation, and if you're articulating a case for first degree murder it stands to reason you are also capable of articulating the case for the lesser charge. I'm assuming she was charged with both as separate charges (I believe the Rittenhouse case was handled similarly), but I agree it's weird if you can be found guilty of both - although it is technically true that to be guilty of first degree murder you must also necessarily be guilty of second degree murder, it kinda feels like double jeopardy at that point. -

But second degree murder is not in the charges. It's double first degree for one murder.
