I already quit doing hard drugs, quit drinking alcohol, quit smoking weed, and I never really ate much sugar before this but the one thing I am not going to quit is drinking 6-12 cups of coffee, 2 cups of tea, and an energy drink everyday.

In fact I am thinking about having some right now.

I have two types of energy drinks I like

Monster: Zero or some shit, 10 calories, 0 sugars, etc. I get this 12 pack with all these different flavors. They're all very good except the lime one. I don't like that.

Then I have BANG! which I save for when I am super exhausted or need to do mental & physical labor on the same day.

That being said when I don't have school I don't drink energy drinks, only coffee and tea.

also soda is for future diabetics and restaurants, I don't consume it with any regularity.

quit smoking cigarettes too, no cigars or chewing tobacco or vaping either.

SO when people are like "Wow you drink a lot of coffee"

    I just think

    No crystal meth
    no cocaine
    no marijuana
    no dab pens
    no molly
    no beer
    no vodka
    no fireball
    no dip
    no cigs
    no black and milds
    no margaritas in a can

Now they wanna come after me for my coffee consumption? Get fucked.

Cut all carbs to less than 20g a day. You'll feel like a new man/woman/transsexual.

Hasbara? Haribo sounds like the company that makes gummy bears. OP didn't want to Google something I talked about yesterday so I don't feel bad.

Have you tried Rowdy Energy? I don't really do any energy drinks anymore but when I did, that was the first one that actually did something for me besides make me jittery. Caffeine from green tea is better for focusing.

...cut it to less than 20g and you'll be a god, that's what I've been having for the last 5 months..less than 20 a day and now I have the power of flight.
