Meanwhile when a cop gets killed here nearly half the country celebrates. There is so much dissent that an outside government could take advantage of. BLM was started by people that didn't even want a revolution but it got out of hand.
So my question is why are there no foreign agents here doing the same thing? The US is a pile of dry sticks soaked in coleman fuel just waiting for a spark. Or do you have to have mainstream news connections? -

How would that help? I mostly meant a country like Russia or Syria setting up a group or groups here like the US does. And instead of discouraging violence (like BLM leadership) encourage it and maybe direct it at higher level targets instead of just killing random piglets. Basically do what George Soros did but in a way to actually overthrow the government. It could be blacks (possibly some whites) now mexicans seem like they would be good to poke some with Trump as president. -

I understand you can't say go kill so and so but having the leadership say what they are allowed to say by law. You never apologize for violence and you point the finger back at them and blame the establishment for it and point out if they start cracking down on people. But secretly send out memos on ideas, training, etc.
It wouldn't be exactly like ISIS. But I think you could always do this with blacks/the police angle. George Soros had his tribal media connections but any foreign governments can exploit social media. A foreign government could have taken advantage of that last summer. Like really pointing out that this white jedi started it and thats why these uncle toms he gives money to doesn't want you killing cops. And start their own group off of that that was supposed to be organic to blacks and start making the connection to local police to federal government. I think Syria, Russia, or Iran could have easily done that. I think a group of bored trolls might be able to but definitely a country with money behind them.
And yeah...KGB whatever. Everything that comes to mind when you think of the KGB. Which for me is like a CIA that targets the US. -

actually the FSB is a domestic intelligence agency, since OP was talking about espionage activities on foreign soil, the SVR is the russian intelligence agency you should be referring to -
