What kind of meals would you suggest? I have been basically starving myself for nearly two months in a row (with the occasional cheat day). If I crave food it's usually stuff like sushi or Korean fried chicken or that Pakistani roll but then those are portions you have to finish in one go, you can't leave the sushi or the fried chicken or the roll for the next day because it won't be as good. -

Thanks for being concerned. Yeah, I never eat avocados (though I think the extra roll they gave me was an avocado maki roll) and I haven't had any sort of pastry since I started dieting approx. two months ago. And I never consume alcohol. And ouch, did you faint from the lack of eating or were there more factors at play? -

I don't eat vegetables or fruits. Though the uhhh tandoori roll had quite some bell peppers inside. I totally forgot they added that. I am not really a fan of vegetables... but I like potatoes, is that a considered a vegetable? It is, isn't it? I guess I like potatoes. And I don't mean in the form of French fries but like, baked potatoes are great. At home we either eat them the way they are after we bake them or we use some Pakistani spices to enhance the flavor, I like to eat it both ways. -

Why I had two cheat days? Well, first I had one on Monday and then I decided Friday I would go for another cheat day. Normally I just go for once a week. Perhaps I'm slowly getting tired of dieting. It's been nearly two months now, after all.

I used to be like this in my teens. I was always underweight my entire life, my female classmates used to weigh more than me hahaha, but at age 26 I started to get fat due to not leaving the house much and just eating whatever I wanted at any time of the day, even right before bed... and didn't lose the weight until... well, now. -
