Two cheat days in one week

    It's probably not a good idea for the dieting process but I had a chicken tandoori roll from a Pakistani restaurant earlier tonight around 8:15 pm and then I ordered sushi an hour later from a local Chinese restaurant. I haven't eaten it yet but I always give a tip (completely optional). I noticed when I got home that they gave me an extra roll for free, which was nice of them to do. It's not good for my dieting but I appreciate the nice gesture. :3

    Idk how you're managing on one meal a day. When I did that I fainted a few days in. If you do two meals and one snack a day you'll be fine like me. If you starve yourself like this you're more likely to binge. You need to eat the foods you crave, just in smaller amounts.

    The fainting was just black out, there was no dizziness beforehand and I face-planted a vacuum cleaner. You need to take that into account, you could fall downstairs or in the middle of traffic. Stop what you're doing.

    One meal a day is nothing you retard, people do it all the time. All that matters is he gets nutrients and drinks enough water
