They already did that, to some extent. The mRNA bioweapon and the so-called "boosters" were launched in organized lots, so they could target specific geographical and geopolitical populations. The lots were divided into three categories: 1. the placebo vector, 2. the latent vector, and 3. the kill shot. That way, they could direct the placebo lots to politicians and officials who are already under their control, while delivering kill shot lots to communities of opposing political stance and opposing races. -
