My neighborhood hasn't had grocery carts for multiple years at this point, I never see the homeless with them. I saw one guy with a wooden wagon stacked with plastic, a bike wheel and bags of empty cans like it's the fucking 18th century. All he needed was a donkey to pull his cart and pull into the local homeless stable to feed the free hay to his donkey and then sleep on the hay next to a barrel fire after injecting fentanyl in his arm.
