   I've always been very generous to people throughout my life that despite my years of hard drug abuse there are a lot of people in this world willing to help me and give me the shirt off their back because that's how i've always lived my life. There are many times people have come to me broken down with no food and I feed them and get them stoned and hang out and lend them $100, People mistake my kindness for weakness sometimes, even my own family.
   
   When I weigh it all basically I sleep very sound at night knowing if I run into anyone from my past they will probably hand me $100 and be scared i'm gonna punch them in the face. Not like i'm threatening it's just their own guilt that eats them up. One guy that owed me money payed me back and then ran into me years later and tried to pay me again because he still felt bad for ripping me off and I was like 'lol you already paid me back years ago'

    I notice most people that are struggling are doing so because nobody is willing to help them. They come to me and I can instantly tell these kind of people, i'm not gonna help them either.
    
    I would also consider myself a struggling starving artist but not because nobody will help me, actually the opposite. I enjoy the struggle and don't see the point in asking for help. Just live simple and you can build up a slow wealth of generosity throughout your life that becomes like a sacred wellspring in a dessert and even then you keep adding to it and never drink even a thimble even if you are dying of thirst
    
    kind of like the sacred water from Dune, that's how I view generosity. If everyone lived this way we could terraform a planet with the built up wellspring of generosity from the ages
