so the story behind this is that there are three control stations that manage israel's early warning blimps, this was one of them.
Hezbullah hit all three, and I guess the ATGM operator was notified all targets were down so he thought he'd shoot that guy in the dick instead of the (disabled) base station.
the blimps apparently lost control after having their CNC signals disabled, so Hezbullah brought down and captured one in South Lebanon and the SAA did the same in northeast Syria:
