Folks I hope he doesn't mind me sharing this secret recipe. He taught me how to make this and I wanna share it with you.
I put 10 brussel sprouts in a bowl with a lil bit of water, I microwave for exactly 3:33, I then stab the bag of gravy powder. Now I personally use the dry packet because I get about 4-6 uses out of one packet, but larger men may use the canned gravy and the really wealthy can make their own!!!
When it's done cooking, I let it sit for awhile, cuz nothing is worse than getting a brussel sprouts that's hot on the outside and frozen on the inside (like me).
Then I just sprinkle on some gravy dust and stir. Fucking delicious
and it's not that bad for you cuz I use the fat free gravy with 20 calories per serving so it's more like just adding brown salt to the sprouts.
Very healthy but it does create very bad flatulence.
