Why is everyone such a fucking head?

    I thought I had a good group of tweekers going, the dope has flowed endlessly in our direction and there is more than enough of everything to go around.

    But mistrust and rattox is taking over. People are stealing from each other.

    One of them sold me a butane torch for weed that he stole from a guy that stole it from one of out guys haha. Too much man, can't people just not be fucking rats for 10 minutes?

    My regime when my use was at it's most flawless.

    1. L-Dopa pills. I believe mine were 500mg.

    2. Animal Pak Multi-vitamin. These come in a pringles like can and are literally "packs"; each bag contains something like 11 different pills but even when sober I could tell and notice a difference when I didn't take them.

    3. L-Leucine - I believe these were around 800-1000 mg. I'm going with 1000 here. Theyre solid pills like tylenol but about 3 times as big. These could well be placebo as they're not proven to prevent skin breakouts but I never had a problem while using them.

    4. L_tyrosine - Google it they get self explainatory pretty fast.

    5. 5-HTP - Use sparingly; I think I took these every other day maybe once a day at most.

    6. Magnesium Citrate 250mg - Meth depletes your body of this one pretty fast. Chances are your deficient in it from the get go over 60% of otherwise healthy people are.

    7. Potassium/Gatorade - Same thing as above. You'll tell a huge difference from drinking this vs. Plain water at least I can.

    8. Calcium tablets/Milk - Same as the last two.

    Also get out and do something. I'd usually end up feeling like shit or worse than I should have just sitting around the house. There's a reason why it's sometimes called "GO'. Don't be afraid to eat either and certainly don't give up on it. Even a McMuffin at 4 am is better than nothing. Yogurt, Bananas, and any type of smoothy or sports drink concoction will be fabulously for your body when you're goin' hard on the shard. I'd get GNC brand protein powder it's cheap here literally $5 a pound. Not much else I can say it's a hardcore drug that's going to do damage regardless but you can minimize it to a point if you try.

    I dont take any supplement I just drink water, eat and smoke weed.

    Also grapes.

    I never get any bad physical effects
