Dogs speak the tongue of Satan's commanding hand while cats are the holy space creatures that ancient Egyptians built compass like stellar monuments to. There's a reason the saying is "YOURE AS LOW AS A DOG" and not using cat In a derogatory way but I propose a new saying for future space psychonauts abusing Khat MCAT "IM AS HIGH AS A CAT"
