    Most you can get wirelessly is card info if done with an RFID scanner, but you'd actually have to possess the victim's card in order to do that.

    Do you use the same password for all of your accounts? If so the perp could have gotten ahold of a data leak for any of the sites you use, and used your password for one site to get access to your other accounts.

    can't even really get that, it only sends basic info and a rolling code like a car key over RF.
    
    potentially you can trigger the card while it's in someone's pocket and receive the NEXT code which you can then use to make a purchase if you do it before the victim uses their card, but I believe you need to dump the mag strip for other information used in the exchange as well
