well this contractor is paying 2 times what I charge home owners so its covered in the jacked up price,, it may suck to have to do more work but I'm compensated quite well for my trouble,, he did say to add to the bill if I felt i needed to

at least theres that.

any construction job ive ever worked doesnt tolerate bullshit of one crew fucking up the work of another. one general contractor had a $50 back charge if a crew left a mess on the site.
