Don't tell people you have pepperspray.
In all honesty he was just giving him a heads up as to not suddenly shoot left in front of him as he's going around. But the moment he came back walking hard like that.. spray! you were in your right to spray. Unless you live in Cali.. who knows who is in the right out here anymore. It's a 50/50 state or some other legal name
I saw tons of NY plates and a Jersey plate so I'm gonna guess NYC area

I had the impression the black driver blew the airhorn or his kid in the front seat did.
And it seemed the bicyclist was the one egging on the driver getting him to roll his window down where the driver asks what his problem was.
but the driver was also very hostile. He did mention he was having a bad day though.
