I eat healthy for 2 meals out of the day then I have 1 cheat meal and 1 desert. So because of the milkshake I will count this as my desert meal. If I have a bowl of Cheerios, this desert meal of salmon and milk shake and pita bread (which is really healthy for me the doctor said), it's not bad to go to Burger King or Taco Bell for lunch and have something healthy like Mac and cheese for dinner.
I'm losing a lot of weight (8 pounds this year so far) and my A1c is a lot better after I started limiting myself to 4 sodas a day.

I love every living critter till it fucks with my trash, snowmobile, weed or tranquil life, then I'll kill every one of its species.
when i moved here to this homestead I was at war with RED squirrels, I shot them every time they were on my property, I killed prolly over 5 reds and for years now no red squirrel has come onto my property, they play just off the line every day but they never enter the kill zone,, its been bred into there DNA not to enter the kill zone,, as for the rats again i'll say I think I killed the last rat with that chunk of poison i set out 3 or 4 days ago cuz the trash has not been ripped up that I set out on the porch 60 hrs ago.

today I have to go get my truck spraised so the state cant fuck me on my taxes when i register it thursday,, the state says its worth 10,000 I paid 2500 4 it KBB says its worth 4 to 6 g's I know its only worth 3500 cuz it needs door handles, clutch and something is making it sluggish when driving and when you cold start it in neutral and let the clutch out it moves forward like a slipping auto tranny.
also the front axils are starting to make noise in 4x4 and it needs both front and back driveshafts rebuilt
