^^ That crack cooking instructions seems fairly accurate, I was always told you want about a 1:7 ratio of soda to yola and one teaspoon is about 5 grams so it's not too far off. That flattening method seems like a pain in the ass though, I've seen people cook it in coffee pots who didn't have to do all that
