Yes actually he had a comped high roller suite and was a frequent big spender at that particular location the Mandalay Bay resort and was seen on video camera going up to his suite multiple times with large suitcases over the course of a week and was helped by the staff a few times but they thought nothing of it as he was a regular that spent a lot of time there playing video poker
He had all the time in the world to plan how to get the windows open and the best angles and probably visited multiple times and stayed on that very floor, maybe even the same room a few times and knew the exact perfect window spot and day when there would be a lot of people there (the country music festival)
