doesnt matter.
hot water relaxes your spinchter and causing it to dialate.
and as you breathe, the volume of your abdomen increase nd decrease in sync with the volume of your chest cavity.
this causes water to be sucked in into your lower digestive tract and pumped out of it as you breathe, and you cant feel the water going in and coming out due to thermodynamic equilibrium, meaning the temperature of the water and your body are the same.

I take a shower to rinse the soap off of me since you couldn't get soapy water to run all the soap off of you effectively. -
