    It just occurred to me that I don't have to kill them if I can blackmail them, so I don't have to be picky. All that's stopping me now is I don't want to give someone PTSD because I know what that feels like and I'm not having a midlife crisis yet.

    maybe someone could be something like a hitman but for kidnapping. like how people hire hitmen to take them out sometimes so their family gets the insurance money or thinks it was a murder because they dont want to remember them suiciding or whatever. well the new thing is you can hire a kidnapper to kidnap you and keep you in their house where you can just do whatever all day for a few months then after a while you can escape. that way you get a little vacation from work and family and all the demands of life and when you come back, nobodys mad at you and theyre all just super nice and still offering to do things for you so you can even more smoothly transition back into a normal workload
