   My dream is to buy a house like this for $1000 and fix it up and put like 1000 computer racks and a meth lab in the basement and then just hold the block down and sit by the door with a shotgun if anyone comes on the lawn and since no police will be looking for you just sell all your stuff out of town and do computer crime I don't see how it would be a bad spot
