    oh about tor. Ill try to dig it up and respond. I was gonna ask you about vpn. Does vpn stay on say a mobile phone if the app is not active like you dont open it does it matter if you are on vpn or not?

    most of them will run in the background and have the option to block internet connectivity if the vpn isn't active, but no if the actual vpn program isn't running then your device will not pipe data through it

    if you want to be sure check your external IP on whatismyip.com or something and you should be able to tell whether it's your standard IP or the vpn exit

    so youre saying if im say on snapchat have vpn on and minimize it but not totally close the app on my iphone or ipad and my vpn connect interrucpts or slows down or i disconnect due to the connection being slow and connect to a new one and open snapchat again i can be traced? Meaning open it from minimised or swiped down and swipe it back up?

    That didn’t answer my question. Or are you saying the von app crashed? Sure but there are times a server is siny super slow and you got to disconnect for w second and reconnect to a new server.
