The whole middle east shows that civilisation is dysgenic. The people there used to have something going on, but evolved to become dumber, meaner, lazier and more religious over the centuries. -

i think its safe to say immigrants was the root cause.
i bet the "yemenis" who built empires and sheits were White, and the "yemenis" that live through the degradation and the fall were immigrants and/or products of miscegenation of empire builder and immigrants.

I don't believe that. Something similar happened in Iraq (Babylon), Egypt, etc.
I think it's partly urbanisation. Cities have always tended to import people, and due to disease and low birth rates have usually not been self sustaining. The high quality people go to the city for the excitement and the higher perceived standard of life, and the rest stay home on the farm and shit out kids.
People who are religious also tend to have more kids too, and people who are religious tend to be low quality people. -
