Is it true that women on average have a higher sex drive than guys?

Never had any other long term relationships besides her, but some of the other chicks that I hooked up with back when i was still doing would fuck 2-3 times a night.
I don't mind it, in fact I like it as it satisfies my uber-high sex drive. But it does get annoying eventually, like I don't even want to have sex anymore but my monkey brain wants me to, and I must comply. -
