I'm using this Betwixt mental health app and the immersion is great, it feels like you're there, but it's definitely using hypnosis and then it asks you all these personal questions. That shouldn't be legal that they can gather data from people after putting them under hypnosis? It's a new app.

I asked Bing which said there's no proof it's using hypnosis but it definitely is. It was too immersive, felt like I was really there, at the start told me to take deep breaths and to keep digging down deeper. That sounded like a hypnosis induction.

That's where the phrase "drunk as a skunk" comes from.
