   Yes a 401k match up to 4% i believe but I have to wait until i am 21 to get a 401k
   
   Minimum wage in my state (Illinois) is currently 14$/hr, in 2025 it will be 15$/hr due to the "Lifting Up Illinois Working Families Act" (And people wonder why their eggs are so expensive.)
   
   The job is physical, but not difficult labor. Just operating machinery and conducting quality control on the product that we produce.
   
   I don't have to buy gear except for work shoes, uniform is provided and they are washed for us on site.
   
   It is indoors, temperature gets 100F + in the summer but i am working 3rd shift so it wont be as bad as 1st or 2nd shift.
   
   No the job is not dangerous, especially if proper safety protocols are followed. Exposure to heavy metals such as lead is a concern, but I do not plan on being there for more than 10 years.

    Every job I have I show up sober and a month later they want to unload every responsibility and bullshit onto me for basically no more money just to make my life worse and theirs slightly better, but whatever maybe this time will be different
    
    
    I just need enough money to set up a ham radio, a few servers, some amateur satellite pirate gear, soldering board and some chip stuff to make my own drones and a fax line set up and I want to get into networking because I seriously think it's the future if these pajits can charge like $5k-$10k to switch a persons business network over to voip and foip and it costs them NOTHING to set up once you have your own dedicated servers you just plug them in, give them some shitty phones for FREE and charge them up the ass because who the fuck else will they go to when the competition is BIG TELECOM
    
    btw Canada is a global telecom leader, I don't think we will ever become a technology leader in any area like silocon valley due to the government being fucking retards but our innovation in telecoms is world class DESPITE being shitfucked by fake red tape laws, monopolies and government interference at every turn
