dont ever become a lawyer...youd fail utterly, miserably, and thoroughly entertainingly
the overall life expectancy of humans from the beginning of recorded history was low compared to modern times. infant mortality was high, overall. there was no social security, meaning parents hoped children would help take care of them when they became infirm due to age...as was the social norm. those are some reasons parents had many children and the age of MARRIAGE was earlier than modern times.
age of consent wasnt a thing because general sex out of wedlock was not only frowned upon but it was severely punishable. parents...most especially fathers...were extremely protective of their daughters virginity. young girls rarely if ever were alone with males not of their relation. -
2023-12-31 at 12:54 AM UTCyou really need a hobby that isn't child molestation
-
2023-12-31 at 6:45 AM UTCLife expectancy in my family is 54. So nothing has changed since Victorian times.

only for those elites and welloffs of the era.
children of normal commoners were ferral and free to run all over the place and hence you have popular stories like Oliver's Twist and Red Ridin' Hood.
and they were so abundant and cheap to the point they were disposable chimney cleaners, on a modern day contemporary analog would be disposable vaccuum cleaners.
sex with children was so common that there ere no real law until very late in victorian times, and enforcement of those superficial aoc laws were extremely few and faw in between.
dont believe me ?
lets see a record and list of famous child molestation cases from that era. -

Most of it is true but it doesn’t cover the underclasses particularly in London during Victorian and earlier times and Roman period where prostitution was rife. In your opinion all those thousand of girl prostututes were forced or prostirutes by choice and who was exactly punished for visiting them or being them at the time?? -
2023-12-31 at 12:15 PM UTCDid you ever read the sex scandals in Roman times how debauchery or degeneracy even incest and sex out of wedlock was common?

You're stammering on about two totally separate topics. Your goal is what is considered child abuse and are trying to warp antiquated and obsolete technicalities to justify your position.
Prostitution wasn't prostitution in roman times...and they literally didn't have the modern word for 'rape' as per its current definition -
