Think about it, knock this sociopath prick in the back of his head with a hammer, then while he's unconscious, cut his dick AND balls off with a sharp knife, and finish by throwing his dick and balls into a river.

Actually, why do it while he's unconscious? Use the time while he's knocked out to tie him up and shove a gag in his mouth. Then wait until he's awake so he can fully experience the pain and horror.
