    Christian dualism is basically just the idea that the God of the Old Testament isn't the God who created us, he simply 'inherited' the world and rules over it.

    the God who rules over the world is the Demiurge, and is riddled with the same faults and vices that we are because it is a God of matter, not of holy spirit.

    the God who originally created humans is usually referred to the Godhead, the Stranger God or the Alien God in that we've never known him. after creating humans out of holy spirit we 'fell' and the spirit became entangled with matter, and we're trapped here in a cycle of rebirth until we find a way to free ourselves from hyle
