threats and encouraging violence may or may not be illegal depending on where the user lives, but I think as a community it is our political belief that this shouldn't be the case as we believe in freedom of speech.
Any society that does believe in free speech should respect peoples right to believe in the freedom of violent speech.
And people that live in a society where that kind of speech is illegal should "follow the law" but I don't see how anyone here could rightly be charged with anything in any country except for maybe an American saying something funky, but America actually has free speech laws.
I mean, look at kiwi farms, they go to far greater lengths to keep their forum clean and law abiding, and didn't actually get blocked by ISPs for anything law breaking but entirely for ideological cancel culture reasons.
