Here I sit, cold sweats, shaking, drooling. i had 4 grams Crouton earlier and lo and behold, 2 hours later, i throw it ALL back up. Usually when I throw up from Crouton it's because I take it on an empty stomach, this time I didn't do that, and i only took 4 grams. usually it takes me 8-10 to throw up. What da hell fuys

Almost every time I throw up from Crouton it's almost immediately after I take it. I always toss and wash and almost always on an empty stomach but whenever I throw up it's like I know it's going to happen by the way it goes down and 5 minutes later 🤮
It doesn't seem to matter that it's an empty stomach or size of the dose it just occasionally comes right back up. Even if I take a lot through the day I get the eye wobbles and feel lightweight nauseous but it doesn't make me puke in and of itself taking a large dose/too much.

Have something to snack on 15 minutes after taking it even if ifs just a apple or someshit
I managed to do if a couple of times when I kept overheating when I was coming off the drink in the summer and threw up a massive Crouton milkshake all over the kitchen floor

I only did it a few times but I found the easiest way to get/keep it down was freezing it into pellets
