imposible burger ground and cooked with whole wheat penne and cheated slightly with sausage sauce (small amounts) speghetti sauce i got at whole food.
and a small slice of leftover 4 cheese pizza instead of garlic bread I planned on making with it.
I'm trying too get my triglycerides down but like an asshole I broke down and got hammered last night on IPA like 6 of them with 8% alcohol so like a 12 pack of coors light.
i slept in till 11:30. didn't even want to get out of bed.
i can only do that like once a month tops. no more weekend binge drinking. it's too hard on the body

Im so ashamed of myself. had 2 frozen burritos. but its saturday night so I'v been eating healthy most of the week
im still hovering at 228 which is down 21 pounds from last year when I was close to 250

My Doctor some years ago said I shouldn't shoot for a healthy 180 being just under 6 feet. he said he would be happy me at 200

Yeah I had 2200 calories yesterday, usually I have 1500-1800 a day. I need 2200 to maintain body weight.
If you're a guy Thirdtemple (is this a chios honey alt btw) start lifting weights and eating a bunch of protein, all of the fat will turn into muscle. I'm at the point now where I can leg press almost 3x my body weight, and it's only been 6 months.
