    Umm, what? The title seems incredibly misleading. The person who wrote this may have made a ridiculous assumption/leap in logic.

    no, we no longer have freedom of speech under UK law. it went ages ago.

    we do still have the right to remain silent, altho very few people seem to understand this concept or actually use it anymore.
