no, its an actual recording after a mass-casualty event in africa somewhere. ive seen the full-length video before that shows everyone stealing the fuel then a massive fireball detonation. this is a clip from a longer video but i cant find that one. i probably have it saved on a harddrive somewhere.
the other good ones are niggers trying to steal copper. ive watched hours of video showing the after-effects of a 50,000-volt crisp-ed niggers...and the actual electrocution. there was one where the nigger was still alive...or dead and still twerking...stuck inside a transformer with sparks flying while other niggers were commenting in english.

yeah until I saw those I didn't know it was possible for HV lines to melt a person
the best oen I've seen was an Indian guy who killed himself by climbing on a train (I still don't understand what it is with them and trains) and grabbing the line above it, and someone tried to stop him by throwing a pipe at the guy

That could be the Boksburg explosion. The driver ripped off the top valves of a liquified natural gas tanker trying to force his truck under a low bridge, then a bunch of people assembled around to gawk at the gas squirting out. Africa is full of massive amounts of people who have nothing to do and all day to do it, and anything at all happenening they'll appear out of no where, from behind bushes, to gawk.
