Also I dont live in Snow country but I lived in east county (Far east bay area) and if it rained and then stopped it would get cold enough to freeze the window like this.
someone showed me that putting those moving burlaps over the windshield and back window and over the side will keep that from happening. then just throw them in the garage or keep a box to toss them in on the side of the house.

About the same in Oakland but it's going to rain all next week. still in the mid 60s for next week so it will be comfortable.
but thats normal here. sometimes mid and late fall get in the upper 70s and 80s. I'v seen 80s on Christmas day.
our summers suck though. at least in the bay itself outer cities get 40 degrees hotter. 65 in San Francisco and maybe 105 in Napa or Concord. micro climates

oh and I went to harbor freight today and got a sheetrock sander and vacuum that hooks to it to keep the mess down.
I waned to spend thousands in there ,, I'll try not to go back that place will get ur money faster than a professional whore
