Have there previously been product-level reliability/performance issues in NVMEs due to connector boards? Or for RPi ones in particular?
Not talking about unit level defects, I mean like "this board is designed poorly and as a result starts malfunctioning/underperforming when the NVME reaches higher sides of acceptable operating temp ranges" -

Yeah I was worried about overheating issues, but I was doing some research today, found someone on youtube who found a fan that would still fit between the raspi and this chip, so cooling might not be an issue. -

To my understanding, there isn't really any NVMe connector boards before this? or if they did exist, they weren't common. I could be wrong on this, but this is the first time seeing them in production.
