regardless, Hamas' confirmed kills (numbering around 1400 from the original attack) are evenly split between civilian and active IDF, about 50/50, and that doesn't take reserve IDF into account considering the majority of their attacks were against either IDF bases or armed settler 'kibbutzes' who directly steal land and property from Arabs. these numbers come from the israelis themselves, not Arabs or Palestinians.

the israelis on the other hand are carpet-bombing residential blocks, hospitals and aid stations because 'maybe Hamas are there', and have killed around 11,000 with the vast majority being women and children, even if you play their game of 'every man between 15 and 55 is a combatant' -
