when the murderer is surrounded by hostile people more than 10x his number, he needs a force multiplier to prevent them from teabagging him to death.
when he's relied on handouts his entire life, he has no other recourse.

also it has 'torbedo' painted on it -

I don't understand how you'd remote-pilot an underwater machine, since water cuts off radio. But if they can cut off shipping to Israel, which seems doable, they could really hurt it. And if they could cut off aviation (take one plane down, and credibly threaten to keep doing it), the jedi State would really be fucked. -
