I had the shits yesterday...couple of hours after eating a subway sandwich. No other explanation for it really. It was explosive diarrhea too..only just made it to the executive toilet but still managed to spray the back of the seat.
I'll not be getting subway again anytime soon.

I ate 7 Salisbury steaks Monday night along with a bunch of rice and beans. Tuesday I felt really bloated and sluggish but I attributed that to drinking a Twix flavored iced coffee.
After work I finally laid down and stayed down for a good 15 or 16 hours but during that time I vomited a good bit.
I remember drinking a cold bottle of water and then puking it back up yet feeling relieved it was still cold water.
This morning I took off work and finally ate a muffin maybe an hour ago.
Currently I'm barely moving.

A 20-Year-Old Died After Eating Pasta That Sat Out Too Long; it’s referred to as Fried Rice Syndrome.
Dr. Joe, a board-certified emergency medicine physician, explained that "Fried Rice Syndrome" is a type of food poisoning caused by the Bacillus cereus bacterium. "This bacteria is commonly found in carbohydrates that have been sitting at room temperature for extended periods. 😳
This bacteria is commonly found in foods that have been sitting at room temperature for extended periods. In dishes like fried rice, the bacteria can produce toxins as the food cools down, leading to symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal cramps
Dr. Joe said the onset of symptoms will happen a few hours after you ingest the food and you could be sick for up to 24 hours. If you develop symptoms, you should seek medical attention right away. And although death is rare, Dr. Joe said it is not unheard of.
According to Dr. Joe, the issue is not specific to any type of pasta or rice but rather how the food is stored. "Bacillus cereus can grow in various starchy foods, not just fried rice. This can include whole wheat and veggie noodles if they are improperly stored.
