It's the legacy of religion that makes it taboo…but we are not monkeys in trees praying to the sun god anymore…if a nigga wants out it should be his human right to do it legally and painlessly.
Calmly laying down in front of a full-steamed train is pretty close. Yeah yeah someone has to clean up the remains but they chose that job and get paid well anyway. The legality of suicide is pretty irrelevant after it's accomplished.
Or, for a less gruesome, open-casket finish, the Malice route is still readily available. Literally a peaceful falling asleep to never wake up.
These options are also much cheaper than it would be to use one of those suicide machines they have in Switzerland or wherever the fuck.
I think we can all agree that despite the fact euthanasia is illegal here, if one wants to calmly, or violently kill themselves, they can very easily do so, on less than an hour's notice at that. Mere minutes depending on your access to guns, sharp objects, tall rooftops or interstates/train tracks, lengths of rope and rickety stools.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

It was going to be a 30 minute video about it but they announced that part at the beginning and I was like oh ok well that's pretty much all I need to know. It broke and fell backwards and just 5 died. Got it. Next.

Yeah those are not good solutions, 1..they are illegal 2...they could put others at risk...3 as mentioned gory shit...4...there's always the possibility of survival or pain.
No, simply putting you to sleep first with a nice anesthetic just like when you go to have your gall bladder removed and then something else to stop the heart once you're under.

Why would the legality be a concern, the same way money isn't a concern?
And ok, literally just acquire the pentobarbital and do it one's self. Or exit bag stuff. This has been absolutely heavily researched and people who want to truly peacefully end their life can do it on their own, with no risk at all.
At the very least, just go to a country where it's legal to be euthanized. -

Offering ways to illegally do it doesn't address the issue of why there isn't a legal means to do it.
Also as for your suggested method...Some folks like to pay others to change their oil rather than doing it themselves.
The "why don't you build a house yourself if you want one"...isn't a really good argument. -

I couldn't disagree more ...laying down in front of a train is not even close... why do you say that? That is a much different death... if you actually die and dont get maimed... then peacefully going to sleep forever in a comfortable hospital room after a non-invasive shot. -

For cowards and pussies like me who are afraid to hurt themselves... or afraid to go through the harrowing experience of suicide .. it alleviates that. If it was going to be painless... and it came down to getting a shot... or pushing a button... and I was 100% guaranteed the job would get done... it would have been done already... and that's 100% guaranteed.

ETA: Those "legal" ones like the mentioned Oregon have strict requirements...like you have to be terminally ill and in great pain etc...that's no fucking good for most folks. -

The best way to get their attention about this is for more and more people to kill themselves and publicly and gruesome ways, to the point that they get sick and tired of sending people out and wasting resources to clean up the intestines and brain matter.
So, it's either keep complaining and crying that killing yourself is too difficult, or just do it. It's obviously not difficult at all, lol. -

For starters this is about RIGHTS AND FREEDOM...something this country is supposed to be all about (/scoff)
If a nigga wants to end his life, painlessly and without the trauma of doing it himself (which IS going to be traumatic unless you are completely nutty) he shouldn't have to travel to Botswana, or lay on a train track to do it. He should be able to go down the street to:
"KYS inc. - We do the deed for you - 50% off via gov subsidy this month (black people only qualify for this discount)"
