   Most places don't have military buildings to hide in. Civilians need to beat feet if they don't want to get bombed, plus if it was my ass on the line then fuck civilians.

   it's a combination of Russian ECM suppressing drones (if you look at the attacks, the majority aren't shot down, they're either forced to land or crash) and having the industrial base to churn out lancets and gerans for a much lower price than the weapons used to bring them down
