there was a documentary about how people in the 1980s ate about the same as today but people are getting fatter. they believe the new low Trans Fat oils don't break down in people and many places force restaurants to use them over older pork fats/lard etc.
but also younger people don't walk as much. dont get exercise like they used to. so many fat women these days compared to men. men too but the women carry water in their cells more than men. water retention or some shit.
its a combination of shit. just look at any older videos of rock concerts where you'll see mass groups of people in the 70s and 80s or even 90s compared to todays concerts. swift concerts full of oversized young people compared to say a Van Halen concert where all these people are naturally healthy and thin looking. -
