   I find assembly more cozy than python but I couldn't make anything in a lower level language
   
   i think I understand why they are considered faster than python because you can do memory tricks to speed up muh computations per cycle but with something library dependent you can really only do so much
   
   
   
   idk what go is but im guessing godot uses it as a language if c# is considered a bad language for that engine

   what do you mean 'cozy', it's a pain in the dick having to memorise instruction sets and write pages upon pages of single line memory changes. I can read it, kind of, but writing it is just not practical anymore outside of very specific applications (stuff like crypto where raw math speed is important).
   
   it's not faster than python because of memory tricks, it's faster because you're telling the processor exactly what to do, the only way to be more specific is to write machine code. python, or other languages, have to be written in a human-readable format, then compiled into code that the interpreter can understand, then compiled into machine code on the fly - there are multiple layers of abstraction and because they need to be generalised there is way more overhead and unnecessary code that's there for compatibility.
