I have system down pat every morning I wash down with about 6 grams of psyllium husk first thing- empty stomach important.
Then I after about an hour or so I start drinking coffee then the fun starts.
The first poop of the day is a big one at least a foot long AHHH.
The best part about having allot of fiber in your system is the fact that you don't have to wipe as much.
Then I shit at least 3 more times throughout the day.
Shitting is good for you it removes toxic crap from your system and can lower colesteral
